Responsibilities

• Learn and develop technical skills by supporting workflows and process flows to achieve assigned tasks.
• Assist the team and department on key projects and day-to-day activities.
• Submit assigned work and progress reports in a timely manner.
• Provide updates on progress and issues to the team leader when necessary.
• Support in repairing and maintaining company product offerings, and assist in documenting technical problems and proposed solutions.
• Participate in hardware design, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure quality standards in testing and prepare summary reports of key findings.
• Contribute to the preparation and organization of supporting documentation for modeling, repairing, and product development.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or related field).
• Familiarity with electronic design software (e.g., Proteus, NI Multisim, KiCad, OrCad, Altium).
• Basic knowledge of problem-solving and troubleshooting for electrical/electronic circuits.
• Understanding of maintenance procedures and general techniques (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with MCU/system design and basic programming in C or C++ is an advantage.
• Knowledge of working with electronic components and datasheets.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (Khmer and English).
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hands-on experience with soldering (SMD & Through-Hole) and electronic equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope, Function Generator, etc.) is a plus.
• Well-organized, able to prioritize tasks, and eager to learn.
• Positive attitude, strong commitment, and willingness to take on challenges.
