Celebrating 6 Years of Achievements & The New Year 2021
This New Years' Eve, the VP Start team conducted its final internal meeting a little differently. The team marked this occasion to celebrate 6 years of achievements and the collective efforts of everyone along the journey that has enabled VP. Start to become the market leader in smart-grid system development and electrical-grid automation technology throughout Cambodia.
This year, in addition to expanding the company's portfolio to high-voltage operations, the CEO expressed plans to enter the international market and the launch of the company's first messenger app which can be integrated with the DRC devices, called Alien Check.
The day started with a morning-long session opened by the CEO, Phoeurn Phally where he expressed his appreciation of efforts and his hopes and targets for 2021. Each team member was called on stage to receive an appreciation award and gift in chronological order, from the founding of VP. Start in 2014 until the latest team member who joined. Everyone also spared a few minutes on stage to share their feelings upon receiving their awards and their vision for 2021 with VP. Start.
Some team members from product development and R&D who have been on the 6-year long journey shared their joy and a few words of wisdom for the journey ahead!
