VP.Start signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) on April 30, 2026. This MoU marks another important step for VP.Start in contributing to the sharing of innovations, technological knowledge, and new research findings with students, helping to guide their studies more effectively. In addition, collaboration with the education sector reflects our vision to strengthen the capacity of local human resources to compete on the international stage—an achievement that contributes to the pride of Cambodia’s national progress.
