Key Responsibilities
Administration

  • Oversee daily office administration to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Manage office facilities, maintenance, repairs, utilities, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
  • Manage company vehicles, including maintenance schedules, registration, insurance, fuel usage, driver coordination, and related records.
  • Manage office assets, equipment, furniture, inventory, and procurement of office supplies.
  • Coordinate office renovations, workspace setup, and facility improvements.
  • Supervise security, cleaning, reception, and other outsourced service providers.
  • Coordinate company meetings, events, travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Liaise with government authorities, landlords, vendors, and service providers on administrative matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company administrative policies and procedures.
     

    Human Resources

  • Support recruitment activities, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR files.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll information.
  • Assist with performance evaluation, employee engagement activities, and training programs.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with Cambodian Labor Law.
  • Prepare HR and administration reports for management.

     

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration and Human Resources, with strong experience in office and facility management.
  • Experience managing company vehicles, office facilities, and administrative operations.
  • Good knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
