PRINCIPAL ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• SMT Production Line Operation Control:
• Monitor the efficiency of the SMT line production to ensure timely & smooth operation. 
• Manage operation processes such as; Soldering, paste printing on PCBs, stencil preparation, quality inspection, and problem-solving when defects arise by printing.  
• Manage Operation processes in the Pick and Place Machine: Prepare the machine & keep it clean, peeler and feeder installation for used components, correctly configure machines and create the PCB program, maintain spare parts, monitor machine operation and problem-solve when errors arise in the process.
• Manage component mounting and inspections after PCB boards have passed the pick & place machine. 
• Visually identify any component defects by the pick & place machine & correct defects before reflow soldering processes. 
• Manage the operation process in reflow soldering machine: usage of solder paste, solder profile for reflow, machine configuration/setting, experimentation with reflow profiles and exploring ways to optimize or improve the reflow process. 
• Material and machine accessories control for SMT line: Check daily raw materials and ensure that there are no problems when performing work during operations.
• Support the team in general work of production such as but not limited to: PCB board soldering, control panel wiring, product assembly, products’ accessories production, etc.
• Support & ensure that health and safety regulations/SOPs are followed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of production standards and raw materials.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
