DRC-015, which is a smart grid IoT device designed to integrate with existing LVDBs and transformers, has been installed in numerous locations in Phnom Penh. This installation process is called grid modernization progress — equipped with existing electrical grid infrastructures without replacement. This innovative solution helps reduce energy losses, reduce leakages and outages, and helps to reconnect power or perform load balancing more efficiently, especially to address the fluctuation of growing demand from EV cars.
