Principal Role and Responsibilities

Vendor Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers based on company standards (cost, quality, reliability, and capability).
  • Maintain an up-to-date and current Approved Vendor List (AVL)
  • Expand and develop the Approved Vendor List (AVL) by finding new suppliers.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent and continuous supply.
  • Track and evaluate supplier performance (delivery, quality, pricing, responsiveness).
  • Address supplier issues such as delays, disputes, quality and non-performance.
  • Coordinate with R&D for sourcing of supply raw material specification.

     

    Supplier Compliance

  • Make certain that suppliers comply with company procurement policies, SOP's and terms of contract.
  • To monitor suppliers’ compliance with agreed quality standards, prices and delivery schedules.
  • Performance supplier compliance checks and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Find supplier non-compliance issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.

  • Support the supplier audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
  • Elevate supplier risks and compliance issues to management as needed.

     

    Procurement Support

  • Assistance with sourcing activities and comparing quotations (lead time, specification, pricing, term payment,...)
  • Support purchase order (PO) processing and supplier follow-up.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement execution.

     

    Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate inbound deliveries with suppliers and logistics teams.
  • Track shipment status and resolve delivery issues or delays.
  • Ensure proper documentation for goods receiving and delivery confirmation.

     

    Reporting

  • Prepare supplier performance and compliance reports.
  • Track key supplier KPIs such as delivery accuracy, term payment and quality performance.

     

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronic engineering, supply chain management or related fields.
  • Good communication in Khmer, English and Chinese (spoken and written) is preferred.
  • Strong communication and coordination skill
